You see it all
Every action shows up in the client's workspace on your side, so you know what they've looked at and what they still owe you.
Frequently asked questions
- Do my clients need an account or a password?
- No. You invite them, and they sign in with a link sent to their email. They never become CloseBoss users.
- Can one client be both a buyer and a seller?
- Yes. Invite them as a buyer, a seller, or both, and the portal shows both sides.
- Does the portal show MLS listings?
- Not yet. Home search uses AI search of public listing pages, labelled with the source and time. There's no MLS feed or listing photos in the portal yet.
