Step by step
Open Your AI Team → Accountant in the sidebar.
Check the commission pipeline. Deals missing a commission are flagged — fill them in so your numbers are right.
Set your default splits once, in Settings → AI team → Commission defaults, so new deals start with them.
Open Expenses to log costs and capture receipts.
Open Invoices to create invoices and keep track of them.
