Buy more credits or change your plan
What credits pay for, how to top up mid-month, and how to move to a bigger plan.
Credits are spent on only two things: AI phone minutes and video. Everything else — texting, email, the CRM, Ask Max, reports, social posting, voice cloning — is included in your plan.
Your plan's credits arrive every month. Top-up packs are one-off purchases for when you run low, and pack credits never expire.
Step by step
Open More → Billing in the sidebar, or Settings → Account → Plan & credits.
Check your balance at the top, and what your plan adds each month.
To top up, click Buy on a pack. Checkout opens in Stripe, and the credits are added once payment completes.
To get more every month instead, click Manage plan and choose a larger plan. Solo, Pro and Premium each cost less per credit than the one below.
