Export your data
Download your contacts, deals, and conversation history as CSV files, any time, on any plan.
Your data is yours. Three CSV downloads cover everything in your CRM: contacts (with notes, tags, and custom fields), deals, and conversation history — texts, emails, calls, and WeChat. There is no limit and no fee, and the Free plan can export too.
The files open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. The contacts file uses standard column names, so it goes straight into another CRM's importer — or back into CloseBoss through Contacts → Add → Upload CSV. Times are written in your account's time zone, which the column header names.
Step by step
Contacts only: open Contacts and click Export CSV.
Everything: open Settings → Data & tools → Export your data and click Contacts, Deals, or Conversations. Each one downloads its own file.
