Each card is one opportunity with a Why now reasoning, a recommended next step, and a one-click action button.
Filter by type: Listings (expireds, withdrawns, FSBOs), Sphere (stale touchpoints), Market (rate moves, inventory shifts), Buyer signals (life events in your buyer list).
Click Do now to take the suggested action — usually a templated call script, a draft email, or a prefilled outreach.
