Buyers obsess over monthly payment math. Instead of doing the math in a text thread, send them a pre-filled, branded mortgage calculator they can adjust themselves — down payment, rate, term, taxes — and see exactly what their monthly payment would be.
Step by step
Open Property Tools → Mortgage Calculator.
Enter the home price (or pre-fill from the buyer's saved deal record).
Set the default down payment and rate. The buyer can change anything from their end.
Click Generate share link. The URL opens a branded calculator with your photo, name, and contact button.
Send via SMS or email from inside CloseBoss. Every interaction (open, change, contact click) shows up on the contact timeline.
