Decide what Max can send without asking
Three settings per channel: you approve everything, Max proofreads and only asks when unsure, or it just goes.
Anything that leaves CloseBoss — a text, an email, a social post, an outbound call — passes an approval check first. You choose how tight that check is, separately for each teammate and each channel, so "text people without asking me, but never call anyone" is a setting rather than a compromise.
The middle option is the one most agents settle on. Max reads the message before it goes and asks one question: would this reflect badly on you? If it would, he sends it back to be rewritten. If it is a typo or a clumsy line, he fixes it and lets it through. If he is not sure, it comes to you — he escalates rather than guessing.
Step by step
Go to Ask Max (first item in the sidebar) and click the gear beside Max's name, top right of the page.
Find the teammate you want to set — Reception, Sales, Marketing, Transaction, Accounting.
Tap a channel chip to cycle it: you approve → Max approves → auto → back to you approve. Grey means nothing sends without you; amber means Max checks it first; green means it goes on its own.
Leave anything you are unsure about on 'you approve'. You can loosen it later once you have read a few of that teammate's messages and trust the voice.
Check Drafts for anything waiting. Max's card links straight there whenever something needs you.
